Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, we ask that you use the product consistently for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. This allows enough time for the nutrients to work and gives you a fair basis for evaluation.
How to Request a Refund

Return Instructions
Once your refund request is approved, our team will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not send returns before receiving instructions — unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges (if any) and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, damaged in transit).
